 We specialize in the Hunter and Jumper disciplines, maintaining a competition calendar that ranges from local recognized shows to the premier USHJA and USEF circuits in Texas and Florida. Our program is strategically designed to provide a professional path to the show ring, ensuring every horse and rider has the expertise and support required to achieve excellence at every level of competition.

• A Strategic Path to the Ring: We believe in purposeful competing. Our training schedules are tailored to each horse and rider’s individual goals, moving them systematically through all stages of competition.
• Comprehensive Show Support: Our team handles the complexities of the show day so our riders don't have to. We maintain professional standards through expert coaching and strategic course walkthroughs, offering a seamless experience that allows our students to stay focused on their goals and their horse. 
•  Medal & Point Goal Strategy: For riders aspiring to regional finals or year-end awards, we provide the technical guidance and roadmap necessary to navigate the qualification process, helping our students reach their personal competitive milestones. 

 At Victory Stables, we believe that the best horsemen are lifelong students. We host and participate in educational programs to ensure our riders have access to the industry’s leading experts and most rigorous training standards.

• The USHJA Emerging Athlete Program (EAP): We are proud to have a program that produces national-caliber talent, including riders who have qualified for the EAP. Our commitment to this elite pipeline is further demonstrated by our role as a host for the Mini-EAP, fostering the next generation of top-tier horsemen.
• Mental Performance with Coach Daniel Stewart: Acknowledging that the equestrian sport is as much a mental game as a physical one, we regularly host Coach Daniel Stewart. Our riders benefit from his world-renowned expertise in rider psychology and athletic focus.
• Equi-First Aid: Safety is our baseline. Our team and many of our riders have participated in the  Equine First Aid Clinics, ensuring that our students are prepared to handle emergencies with knowledge.

Beyond these marquee events, our riders stay active in the regional community by attending local clinics and schooling opportunities. We take great pride in being an educational hub and frequently host guest clinicians of all disciplines, fostering a well-rounded and vibrant learning environment for every member of our barn family

• Three-Time USHJA Stable Challenge Champions: This prestigious recognition is awarded to barns that demonstrate superior knowledge in anatomy, nutrition, and stable management. Winning this title three times reflects our unwavering commitment to the health and safety of the horses in our care.
• National Horsemanship Qualifiers: Our curriculum prepares students for the highest levels of competition. We are proud to have coached riders to the USHJA Horsemanship Challenge Nationals, proving our students are as elite in their knowledge as they are in the saddle.
•  Equine Studies Foundation:   Our program is rooted in advanced equine education and decades of industry expertise. By integrating academic principles with hands-on application, we bring a professional lens to every aspect of our curriculum.

• The Barn Christmas Party: A winter gathering to celebrate the season and the bond between our riders. It’s a time for reflection on the year’s successes and a festive "thank you" to our dedicated team and boarders.
• The Halloween Spooktacular: One of our most anticipated events, where creativity takes center stage. From costume parades for horses and riders to festive barn décor, it’s a day of fun that showcases the spirited side of our academy.
• Team Banquet: A formal evening dedicated to our competitive athletes. We gather to honor the hard work, sportsmanship, and growth of our Victory team, celebrating their milestones and achievements.
• The Martindale 4th of July Parade:  An annual tradition where the Victory Stables family hits the streets of Martindale. We love representing our academy in the community and celebrating Independence Day alongside our neighbors and friends. .

We believe that the strongest teams are built both in and out of the saddle. At Victory Stables, we curate a vibrant social calendar designed to foster lifelong friendships, creativity, and a true sense of belonging.

• In-House Creative Events: From our popular Painting Parties in the barn to summer Swim Parties, we host events that allow our riders to relax and connect in a fun, creative environment. These social gatherings are a core part of our Strategic Team Training, ensuring our riders support one another as a unified Academy team.
• Team Outings & Adventures: We believe in the power of shared experiences beyond the arena. Our team enjoys regular excursions—including Movie Nights, Bowling Tournaments, and Western Trail Rides—allowing our athletes to explore different disciplines and enjoy the outdoors together.
• Cultivating Sportsmanship: These dedicated Team Building Days are designed to strengthen communication and camaraderie. By investing in these moments, we ensure that the Victory Stables family remains a supportive, high-energy environment for every rider.

At Victory Stables, we believe that becoming a true horseman involves immersing yourself in the culture, competition, and community of the equestrian world. We curate a calendar of off-property excursions that provide our riders with unique educational and social opportunities.

These trips are designed to inspire our riders by exposing them to the highest levels of the sport.

• Premier Competition Outings: Our team travels to witness the world's best at elite events like the Split Rock Jumping Tour, the Winter Equestrian Festival (WEF) in Wellington, FL and the  World Equestrian Center (WEC) in Ocala, FL. These overnight trips offer a front-row seat to international-caliber sport.
• Educational Industry Events: From Retama Racetrack tours, to Bluebonnet Horse Expo to Victory Cup Polo Matches, we explore the diversity of the equine industry together, broadening our riders' perspective on different disciplines and traditions.
• "Dover with a Trainer": Twice a year, we host personalized shopping days at Dover Saddlery. This is a dedicated time for students to work directly with their trainer to select the proper tack, equipment, and show attire.
